The 3rd Annual 2026 Black Poly Men's Retreat is an event dedicated to celebrating and supporting the Black polyamorous community. This retreat aims to provide a safe and inclusive space for Black Poly Men to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights.

Full Weekend Pass:
$100 (Early-bird Registration) - November 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025
$125 (Regular Registration) - January 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026
On-Site Weekend Pass: $150 (Late/On-site Registration) - September 1, 2026 through October 5, 2026

Single Day Pass:
Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday 
$40 per day (Early-bird Registration)
$50 per day (Regular Registration)
On-Site Daily Pass: $55 (Late/On-site Registration)

Regular Registration Opens: January 1, 2026 through September 1, 2026

The ticket fee covers administrative costs and the following scheduled events: a welcome mixer (with wine and light snacks), a themed party, and game night (with some alcohol provided). The Poly Family Dinner is currently planned as a Dutch treat, though we are exploring the option to include it based on the final number of registrants. All other meals, airfare, and hotel accommodations are on your own.
